Met Power 10 is similar to our Metabolic Effect class, but with a twist! The format is what makes this class unique. It consists of 10 exercises, each with a certain set of reps or performed for a specific length of time. The coach will demonstrate all 10 exercises at the beginning of class. Your goal is to get through all 10 exercises as many times as you can in the 30-minute class. With a careful balance of strength exercises and cardio bursts, you're guaranteed to get a full-body workout every time.
