Strength classes at SLS focus on functional movement using body weight exercises and a set of dumbbells. The class format offers a full-body workout that incorporates compound lifts and multi-joint exercises. Strength classes typically move at a slightly slower pace than a Metabolic Effect class, which allows members to focus on mastering their form. As always, an SLS coach will demonstrate each of the exercises and then circulate the class to ensure proper form and technique is being maintained for each rep.
