Cardio Strength
Cardio Strength is an efficient way to incorporate your cardio and strength training into your weekly routine. This is a great class for anyone looking for a balance of strength-building exercises and quick, explosive movements such as running, jumping, pushing, and pulling. In a 30-minute class, members will go through two or three rounds, each lasting about five to seven minutes. Small groups will rotate through areas of the gym - a format that makes Cardio Strength a unique class format! You’ll focus on strength training in the weight room, and you’ll work on your speed, agility, and explosive movements on the turf. The goal is to complete the exercises as many times as you can while maintaining good form and proper mechanics before moving to the next station. Of course, no class is complete without a cardio finisher!
